Security Development Corporation is a small group of highly intelligent, well trained and self motivated individuals who work best as an integral member of a tightly knit group of similar souls. Within our group, team members develop their own niches based upon their particular skills and interests. Still, each is expected to grow and support any other team member in whatever effort may be necessary at the moment to meet our common goal, which is to maximize our own wealth by maximizing that of our clients.

Our technical positions require world-class systems design/development skills as well as a solid grounding in business accounting and finance. Our development staff is also our support staff, because many of our best ideas come directly from our clients on that technical support line.

Our products are Visual Basic driven but include Excel-compatible components and report writer requirements. A very strong grasp of Windows architecture is also essential for successful integration and support of our products.

Our Sales and Marketing staff generate our user documentation and other communications products, as well as provide the primary interface with our clients.

Any and all members will be expected to participate in trade shows, seminars, and custom consulting engagements as needed. All are expected to participate in code and design reviews, documentation proofing and client support.

Prime criteria for joining SDC are:

An MBA or CPA degree, or equivalent financial training.
Proven business competence and experience.

Secondary criteria varies with position involved.

All require business degree or minor therein.
Advanced degree, or significant equivalent work experience in field of concentration.
